With
medium reddish-brown hair tied up in a bun, freshman Abigail Louise Hasselbring (or Abi H.) has young
and glowing skin. Soft freckles adorn
her face, and her deep-blue eyes glisten like sapphires. A loveable, innocent, irresistible aura
surrounds her, which is probably why friends are always near. With a safe, quiet sense of style and a laugh
of Christmas-time bells, Abi H. is truly a ray of
simplicity in her friends’ otherwise complicated lives.
“Abi’s shyness is so cute, and she’s just so awesomely
funny!” said freshman Kalli Dinsmore.
At
church and at school, Abi is surrounded by friends
(it’s like a wave almost), and she would do anything for them, unless it would
be embarrassing.
“I love my friends, but sometimes they truly
scare me a little,” said Abi. “But they wouldn’t be them if that weren’t
true, so I’m ok with it.”
Living
in Newkirk for four years now, Abi grew up all over

The
well traveled Abi has her own unique way of
describing herself.
“I
try to be A.R.A.P. – “As Random as Possible,” said Abi
H. in describing her personality. “It’s
just that strangers are creepy, and I can’t do anything without a friend.”
Her
friends appreciate her random style.
“Abi is a loud, raging buzz of crazy just waiting to scream
out, but her shy outer shell is what usually pulls people away from that side
of her,” said best friend Johnny Buchanan.
She
may be popular with friends at church and school, but at home, it is a
different scenario.
“My
little siblings seriously are the bane of my existence,” said Abi. “If I could say I hated them without getting my brains
beaten out of me, I so totally would.”
Someday,
when she gets older, this randomly-crazy freshman wants to go to OSU, become a
zookeeper, and have an apartment in a big city somewhere. So there you go,
Abigail Louise Hasselbring in a psychological
nutshell. Thanks for reading!
