New Moon
By Kayla Finuf

New Moon is the type of movie that makes teenage girls want to find their own Edward.  It is a movie that pulls viewers in from the beginning and makes them experience the feelings the characters are going through.  It also makes people want to cheer for Jacob.
In New Moon, Bella changes. She becomes more thrill-seeking after experiencing some tough times. Also, Jacob changes physically after he becomes a werewolf. Unlike Twilight, Jacob is present more in New Moon.
Most of New Moon takes place on the reservation that Jacob lives on. My favorite scene on the rez is the cliff scene which was shot looking down the cliff. People can feel what Bella feels as she stares down into the water below.
The acting in New Moon is very believable. People can feel the pain Bella goes through after Edward leaves. People can also sense what Jacob feels for Bella when he and Bella hang out.
Overall, New Moon is a good movie. My favorite part is the ending -- a perfect ending this modern love story.

Saw VI
By Regina Tatum

I have always thought the Saw movies were kind of gory and didn’t really have a good story line.  After seeing Saw VI, I realized it wasn’t a waste of time seeing the others.  The sound track fit the plot awesome and did not give away the scary parts of the movie.  Saw VI puts together the other five well.  Following the story line was easy and not confusing.  Overall, Saw VI was the best movie-watching experience I have had.

Old Dogs
By Ashlee Peters

Old Dogs sets up to be a good movie starring John Travolta and Robin Williams, who are both funny actors. Dan (Williams), who has a bad relationship with kids, changes his tune when twins of his own come along. Having trouble getting to know them, Dan takes them to a kids’ camp and starts to warm up and become a father. Charlie (John Travolta) is the funny, outgoing guy who doesn’t have any troubles, it seems, until he becomes an uncle to the twins. His nice house gets transformed into a kid-safe area. Old Dogs is really funny in many parts like when the kids switch around their medicine with hilarious side effects. The movie also has its serious moments. Overall, it is a good family show.

The Blind Side
By Samantha Shrewsberry

Viewers searching for an inspiring movie for the family will be pleased with this movie about the real story of Michael Oher. The Blind Side will make you want to do something good for people as seen in the movie. If you are facing hard times in like this movie shows you how much worse life could actually be. Good people really are out there and the Tulley family is a great example of this. Michael overcomes the impossible by never letting life get him down, like so many people do. He puts his mind to his school work and becoming great at football. There is no doubt he accomplished these goals. For sure, The Blind Side is my favorite movie right now!
